This dress encapsulates the essence of femininity, embodying my personal odyssey of self-acceptance. Throughout my life, I’ve navigated the rejection of femininity, a force often misconstrued as frailty and a sign of weakness. The societal reduction of women to mere vessels of beauty eroded the innate femininity I once cherished in my youth. Must a woman’s sole purpose be confined to beauty? Much like a forgotten doll, rendered obsolete by its possessor, women are at times perceived as readily replaceable, discarded in favor of a more visually appealing novelty.

This is a dress is made using completely sustainable materials, made out of old tablecloths and pillowcases sourced from the thrift store. Inspired from old school lolita fashion and an angelic pretty pattern.
